Data Deletion Instructions
Last Updated: August 24, 2026
Cyan Advertising Group respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how clients, users, and individuals who interact with services managed by Cyan can request the deletion of personal information processed by Cyan.
If you would like Cyan to delete personal information associated with you, please contact hello@cyan.boutique using the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant records, such as your name, business email address, company or brand name, and the service, campaign, platform, or project involved. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, payment details, or other sensitive credentials. Cyan may verify your identity or authority before processing the request.
Cyan may manage or process information through platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Meta Business tools. If you would like information received through a Meta connection to be deleted, you may first disconnect or revoke the relevant integration or access. You can then contact hello@cyan.boutique using the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request”. Please identify the relevant business, account, or Meta service so we can locate the applicable records. Disconnecting an integration stops future authorized access but may not automatically delete information that was previously processed.
You may interact with a company through advertising campaigns, websites, forms, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, CRM systems, or other channels managed or supported by Cyan. In these cases, the client or business you interacted with may be responsible for determining how your information is used. We recommend contacting that business directly where appropriate. Cyan will support its clients in responding to valid privacy and deletion requests where required. If you believe Cyan needs to take direct action, you may contact us using the privacy email above.
After receiving a valid request, Cyan may verify the identity or authority of the requester; identify the information covered by the request; and delete, anonymize, or restrict the relevant information where required. Some information may remain temporarily in secure backups until it is automatically overwritten or expires. Certain records may also be retained where required for legal obligations, accounting, security, fraud prevention, contractual requirements, dispute resolution, or regulatory compliance. The original policy follows the same approach, allowing deletion or anonymization while retaining limited records where legally or operationally necessary.
